A Husband Speaks Out About Nut Allergies

Here's an interesting link I picked up at Food Allergy Buzz and I'm including it here because the author of the piece asked that it be "passed on."

He mentions in his blog post that his peanut- and tree nut-allergic wife has reacted several times at restaurants and catered events. Usually it was from baked items like bread or something "hidden" in a sauce. Even more evidence to "keep it simple" and also avoid most baked items when you eat out with your child!
